If 2020 Democratic Presidential/Vice Presidential/Cabinet Secretary Candidate US Senators from States that currently have Republican Governors have to vacate the US Senate.
Warren-MA,Brown-OH,Sanders-VT,or Manchin-WV.
Warren-MA and Sanders-VT seat will temporary go Republican until the winner of the Special Election is decided, which is likely to be a Democrat.
Brown-OH and Manchin-WV seat will permanently go Republican. The winner in the Special Election is likely to be a Republican unless the Democrats nominate Tim Ryan in OH, and Richard Ojeda-WV.
