The Republicans pushing this see a pile of money they want to not go to education of children with disabilities but to their own pet projects in the states they control.

Special Ed needs to be fully funded, whic it has never been.

When Trump MAGAs reticule people with disabilities they are sending a covert message to anti-disability voters.
