Justice owns the historic resort The Greenbrier, founded in 1778. A long time five star resort, The Greenbrier was dropped to four stars years before Justice purchased it in 2009. Justice told the employees that when the resort re-earned its fifth star, every employee will get a 10% raise.

Justice also gives away more than $1 million in gifts through his Dream Tree for Kids, so that kids have something under the tree on Christmas morning.
