You sound like my cousin in Washington and his wife . I do like what I've seen in Maryland and just need to talk to someone point blank. In Maryland, I would still be close enough to keep my house on a lake in NC and visit. And we do have some friends there. So it currently has a lot of points in this contest for the future.
