I'm sorry they screwed up your account. Hard to budget such a small amount and make it last all month as it is. It's macaroni and butter at the end of the month. I guess the problem really pertains to a handful of recipients. Those greedy bastards at the top should monitor their own wasteful spending before picking on the little guy. Too much time on his hands. Maybe he needs to go work in a soup kitchen.
