Totalitarian HOA zealot hell/hood has solar on it, and she hates me as it is. I poked around on the generac site but those are $10,000 and up, after electrical and gas install. I want out of here as soon as I can retire, so Im as interested in the value added at resale as the cost. We still have rest of July and Satans bowels August/ September yet to go so somethings gotta give.
