You’re either going to have segregation, or you’re not. Plessy v. Ferguson (1896), established the separate but equal standard. Brown v. Bd. of Education (1954) overruled Plessy and ordered that schools be integrated with “all deliberate speed.”

The majority on the Supreme Court refused to answer whether they believe Brown was correctly decided. They’re coming for Brown, although they’ll have to go through the Civil Rights Act to do it. Clarence may find his chambers’ in a shack in the parking lot, where he can attend conferences and arguments by zoom.
