1. I'm not sure how they do this, the Texas State Legislature made it illegal for cities to handle....

employment issues. Including, raising the minimum wage.

I mean, they can do it, but it'll be a legal fight and undoubtedly Ken Paxton will sue and try to stop. But, I guess, we'll see.
