My dad retired from there. I lived in Tullahoma for a couple of yrs in the early '80s. It was a quiet area then. It just seems like Coffee Co. has made the news way too often for horrible events lately. This one topping the list. I do think if it is common knowledge that someone engages in the sort of activity this creep did, law enforcement should keep a very close eye on him, not to mention community members. Granted it is a very rural area & suspect neighbors lived in fear of him for yrs. Did he live w/his parents?
