for something that wasn't illegal and in most places would be seen as a virtue (the student was continuing to her classroom instead of stopping in the hallway to cite the pledge). The student is compelled by law to be in the building, and thus was not only pushed by an adult but was in essence, trapped by a zealot. There is no way the teacher can spin this that exonerates them.
