New Ballots must be rushed from printer & Prior Cast Ballots must be Hand Counted At The Courthouse Election Office..... Apparently The Scanner Cannot Read The Validation Marks On The Ballots And Is Rejecting Them...... The Marks Are To Prevent Photocopied Ballots From Being Scanned As Authentic..... What A Pain In The Ol' Chocolate Wiz-Wang... However The Security System Works,,,, Maybe A Little Too Good...... Polls Will Stay Open Until 10PM... But The Count Will Be Accurate...
