There was also snow on the ground. On April 7 - a week after Easter. Fruit trees were in bloom, most people had planted their gardens. One friend on a limited income saved up money all year to plant and lost everything. Hard to say yet how much of the current crop of livestock feed was damaged. But together with our yearly OK draught, meat prices could skyrocket.
