I have an appointment for 8/17
The cap is 103,000.00 annual income.
I need to bring proof of income for the last 30 days, and last bills from gas, water, electric, Internet, trash and sewer. I will have already paid my house ins. and taxes, so the program won't pay for those. But geez, if they pay my utilities for 6 months, that'll defray the cost of my taxes and ins. quite a bit!
I'm sure glad I heard about this
