Cat 2 now .... so we have dodged a bullet ...
cat 2 is nothing to sneeze at but a whole
lot better then cat 4.
I am NENC and we buttoned up yesterday ...
got 4 cases of water ... freeze if full of ice protecting the food
will fill the bathtub with water tonite ...
