Oh, wait. This is red ass North Carolina. He has been charged with what, again?
The feds need to step in with some National Guard assistance in Rutherford as well as charge this traitor to his country and his state with federal crimes. Do not rely on 'local' law enforcement in regard to actual justice. It may not be there.
(If we can remove the supermajority in the Assembly, we could fix this crap. We really need to start working on that.)
