Time to apply similar 'confiscation' when people present in public with signs of criminal intent / gun activity.
Be more suspicion of those with the biggest, best, fastest, mass casualty causers.

If the nuts stay home and simply stroke their 'things', we may ignore them.
However, those rotting nuts strutting menace and violence with AR's in McD's are subject to full disapproval.
