NM certainly needs the revenue, this is one hell of a poor state. and pot tourism from AZ and TX could make a very big difference here. If the experience in other states hold true, it might also make a dent in the black tar heroin problem.

The resistance has come from a lot of Hispanics who internalized Anslinger's racism over it.

I'm way too old to suck concentrated smoke from anything into my lungs, but I'd welcome the edibles.
