1. Been there, done it -- I mean, mailed it -- yesterday

I was a little nervous because I changed New Jersey counties in late August -- would my mail-in ballot request be rejected on the grounds that I hadn't lived there a full 30 days? Happily, my ballot turned up on October 3.
