I live nearby in the mountains and have run into wild herds twice...they are AMAZING!

On our way to the Pyramid LAke PowWow a couple summers ago,we stopped by the highway and stood in awe at a full herd grazing. The Alpha stallion walked up and very pointedly stood in-between us and the mares/foals...He was just so majestic... *sigh*

My daughter and I will never forget that encounter :love:
