He should get dinged for possession just like anyone else, but those are recreational quantities ...

Although a QP of Meth is a pretty sizable supply, the supply of each of the rest is only a couple nights worth of partying by 4 people. A junkie could do 4.24g of H in a day and a half.

Just sayin'.
