It’s very safe inside the fences and parking facilities. But, the side streets people use to get in the stadium area have no accommodations for pedestrians, and it is dark on those streets at night.

The Chiefs should force the city/county’s hand on this one. This is not really the Chiefs responsibility, but they have the power to affect the situation. And they should, like now.
