These people in the outstate region of MO do not give a fiddle about what happens in STL anyways, and love to bitch and moan too, single mindedly, about the crime etc. in the big city. I seem to recall that the crime about where I lived near Lebanon MO was worse than what I've put up with here in STLMO. Hypocrites.

It doesn't seem fair that outstate voters, having no say in paying our bills here in STLMO, have any rights what so ever in deciding what we here in the STL region get to do.
