This asshat should go straight to hell... whichever of Dante's circles he finds most repugnant.

It makes me sick to my stomach...I am not surprised by the decision.

I am surprised by his saying the silent part out loud.

And even more sickened that the doctor waited a decade to tell this story.

How many Mississippian people died, went bankrupt, or suffered needlessly because this spineless worm of a doctor didn't go to the press the day this happened.

They are both reprehensible and should look forward to their own circle of hell.
