... I know that when I was a young person that if some erstwhile authority figure had codified that for me, I would have stopped having sex immediately...without a doubt! Especially if it came from someone who looked like he couldn't get lucky in Vegas on an unlimited expense account. We need to thank him for figuring that out for us..not only for his state..but for the country. So easy, so simple!
