2. Are they giving any thought to people who can't drive out to mass vaccination sites?

I know someone here in Montgomery County who arranged to go to a mass vaccination site in Baltimore. Obviously Baltimore is well served by public transportation, but I don't yet have a feel for how Maryland is doing generally with sites easily accessible to people who can't just pop into a car and drive considerable distances to get vaccinated. This is a particular concern for underserved communities, who are already at higher risk.

Judging by the latest email for those of us who are preregistered but not in a population currently eligible for vaccination, I get the impression the state is seeking to lower expectations on delivery times. It sounded as though it would be months before those of us in the next tier can sign up for a shot.
