It's impossible to live up to what those religions require from their members. The worst offenders are usually not caught, and plenty of nice people are chewed up and spit out by all of the rulemaking and judging that is rife in those denominations. I think that if you're going to follow a religion, follow one that brings you peace instead of guilt and angst -- unless you enjoy being miserable.
