So, wouldn't the logical response be to increase resources for schools? Like before and after school care appropriately staffed, after school study halls, tutoring, on-site nurses, counseling, and other student services? No? Well I guess he isn't really so concerned about students but more concerned about guilt-tripping teachers and union busting.
