the illinois system just blows. thank you pat quinn.

i have done some work with this in my ward, but i was not the person who dealt with the navigators.
if you want to pm me a phone number, i can see if i can get her in touch with one of the navigators that we dealt with. (tho i am not at home right now. on vaca.)
