1. Not just a warrant. It should be a JUDICIAL warrant, signed by a JUDGE.

Ice uses its own warrants signed by its own administrators, and they aren't supposed to be using them to enter private spaces.

Also, they can slip a warrant under the door, so you can read it before you make any decision.
