12. I don't know how "welfare of workers, consumers & environment" can be legislated.

You can take one situation, and it's subjective as to whether a corporate action includes the welfare of the workers and consumers. I think the environment is a bit clearer.

That's the problem with this sort of legislation. It's subjective. Unless there are specific things outlined.
