Police seek SUV in NoCo roadside shootings [View all]
FORT COLLINS - Investigators are looking for a driver of a white Ford SUV in connection to the fatal shooting of a bicyclist near Windsor in May.
A task force headed by the Larimer County Sheriff's Office said Tuesday the person may have important witness information regarding the shooting death of John Jacoby. He was gunned down May 18 in Windsor as he rode his bike near Weld County Road 72 and Weld County Road 15.
The Windsor shooting was linked to the April 22 shooting of a 20-year-old Milliken woman. Cori Romero was shot in the neck while driving onto the southbound Interstate 25 on-ramp from Harmony Road.
Windsor Police Chief John Michaels said the shootings appear to be random.
