Don't have a link, but just heard it reported on the local news.
So much wrong with this.....And so much wrong in this state period.
Rape is so very personal and emotional. Coming forward takes near Herculean strength already. Now add this... To take away a woman's choice unless she goes to the police.
Damn. We've got to get our state back.
