1. Cochise is heavily Republican. They should hand count but

only count one ballot at a time and then have a committee discuss and vote on each ballot before finally counting it.

Anyone on the committee should be able appeal the decision. No adding machines allowed but a tally will be kept by 24 individuals on the tally committee. If at any time there is a discrepancy of a single vote in any of the 24 individual tally sheets then the count would be rebooted back to the start after a lengthy prayer service.

They should get those Republican votes from this November done by the time Kelly has finished his 3rd full term.

It's hilarious to see how Republicans are doing everything possible to invalidate their own votes.
