So really not the best terminology, but okay.

Perhaps M$N you could mention that the same body that imposed that so-called ban ... also said 10 years old is the Age of Consent in the territory (not even a state at the time)?

Or how about the fact that the intent of the law was actually to codify that men could not poison/give drugs to women with the purpose of causing a miscarriage, NOT to limit a woman's Right to Choose?

I didn't read the whole article, are those facts mentioned downstream?
