9. I hate any ads which feature people who were obviously dropped on their heads.

The first is the kid that calls his grandparents to tell them about his baseball game. It features a phone that has a readout for those hard of hearing. It is very offensive to imply older people who can’t hear well have diminished mental capacity. The fault lies in whoever wrote the script or directed. Whenever the commercial comes up, I think “Oh no, here comes the dropped on the head family.”

The other branch of the dropped on the head family is appearing in the current Pandora ads. Little tykes are showing off what they got mummy for Mother’s Day. One wonders about mummy’s poor coordination when handling them as infants.

I have a deep suspicion that all these people are relatives of whoever thought “Karz for Kidz” commercial was a good idea.
