12. My wife and I binged the BBC "Poirot" mysteries with David Suchet all through Donnie Diaper's first term.

Some of it was nostalgia; we watched the mysteries together when we first started dating (thirty years ago! )

The rest was just pure escape. It's weird when murder mysteries offer a pleasant relief from the shitstorm of modern life.
