It's simple. you just need a light, something to difuse the light like a piece of plastic or even a non see through plastic bag. My locating device is two strips of wood glued in place (popsicle sticks are fine). The hole in the box should be a little larger then the exposed film portion. Two hundred slides an hour no problem. Scanning would take forever.
