I went through a long string of baby blankets last year and took a break for a while.
Finished a blanket for my sister in law that is black, 3 shades of gray and white, in a self striping yarn. (Ebony and Ivory by Bernat if anyone is interested)
I am currently working on a blanket for my son in law's sister. I had made on for the other sister's baby and Heidi liked it so much she asked for one. I am heading out to Phoenix in a few days and taking it with me in the hopes I can finish it while I am there and save the shipping!!! Those things get pretty heavy!!! Besides, it will be something to do in the OKC airport while I am waiting for my connecting flight. Normally I would just read, but I really need to get this done...so ...

Mainly a crocheter and I do it year 'round. Working on two baby blankets and a towel right now.
