2. It looks like eBay owns the feedback comments, but not a member's numbers

Am pasting some info below to help us understand this resource.


Copying the actual comments is against ebay's rules -- that is copyrighted text -- but not the numbers, although ebay has made various attempts at blocking various fb importers. The member does own the the numbers, but actually ebay owns the comments.
