1. I can imagine some Starbucks--the larger more crowded ones in certain areas having this problem...

I wouldn't frequent them if I saw that kind of thing. With their prices increasing constantly, it is now rare that I go there anyway.

It seems that purchasing something anywhere is an expectation if you are going to use their restroom. I guess we are becoming a society of clods.
