43. Cheese and crackers is my downfall! However I do love popcorn and it is healthier than cheese

We have one of those collapsable silicone poppers which you use in the microwave. That thing is awesome! We like them so much we have given one to everyone in our families who has their own kitchen. Everybody loves them, and they are not expensive.

Plus you use regular old plain popcorn, so no chemicals or artificial flavors.
