(5,369 posts)36. Started getting some white hairs in my 20s, not grey, white which really shows against my black hair.
Single strands here and there....ever increasing over the years along with ever losing....but so far, now in my 60s, I still have a lot on top and still have a lot of black hair....but getting white everywhere....and I do mean EVERYWHERE!

Many people do look great with white or grey hair--complexion makes a big difference.

Absolutely! I love gray/white hair. It never occurred to me to dye it. I earned this crown.

I did that in my forties and a bit into my fifties - but it was just too much effort.

I have salt n pepper hair at 77. My mom did not go gray until she was older, too.

Nope, now in my 70's and have very little grey, mostly just on the sides around my face

Mid 20's started going gray, dyed for a while, then wanted tp see how gray I had become.

During the Covid shutdown I just let it all grow out from auburn-brown to white. No Regrets.
