I feel honored to have caught one of your rare posts. Thank you for sharing.

You wrote about two strong Presidents and their endeavors to bring an end to Nazism and racism.
However, we do not have that President now (as you noted). We do not have the person or persona to rally the might and resolve of the American people or its allies.

We have a 1,000 pound gorilla with a never ending AK47 shooting in every direction …and all the American people, politicians and judges can do is triage to stop the bleeding. 🩸 Lawsuits against a lawless regime.

I think about this every day. Every damn day.
What can be used to rally EVERY SINGLE PERSON that loves and honors our storied past to action.

We do not have a person, or even a concept of a plan, to rally the resolve of the nation to action.
It is sickening and heartbreaking and tragic.

In a world of “influencers”, we don’t have any!
Even persons who have quite a lot of power are typically taking to social media to express themselves or take a shot across the bow of the administration’s tactics-which is pathetic, weak and all for naught. Why? Because the room is too crowded. And. Half the nation isn’t willing to listen or learn the history behind what they support.

Don’t know why I am writing this except to lament that we don’t have the person of character, strength, resolve and power to fight for our Democracy and the future of (maybe) the world.
