What if a few members of the Senate would have followed through with bills coming up out of the House in 2020 that aimed at packing the court. We had an establishment Democrat, Biden, appoint an inept, weak, irresolute Attorney General who dillied and dallied and made sure Trump got enough delays to never have to face a trial while running for re-election, in spite of the crimes he committed, including an insurrection. If those Senators had said, screw the filibuster, we're packing the court, we would not be where we are now. Guaranteed, if Bernie had been majority leader, there'd be a hole under the capitol where the GOP seats used to be.
