RBG refused to retire and we know how that worked out. Feinstein refused and that was stunning to watch.
It is ok to acknowledge a time to exit with your legacy secured and a lending hand to pass the baton...as you say.

Intentionally working against AOC will bring resentment and more importantly, no change.

How does this make sense?
