Food processing plants and agricultural operations in red states, paticularly if corporate ownership donated to Trump's campaign, will probably be ignored. Construction sites in Texas and Florida will likely be exempt. Trump's deportation plan will be implemented in places like New York, Chicago, Los Angeles and San Francisco.
