While I distrust anything from anyone in the mis-administration, Marco might be telling the truth here.

Israel, like Ukraine, knows that Trump is untrustworthy. Even if he didn’t slip Putin a timetable, there’s a good chance he’d blab it to some rando at Mar-a-lago, just to look important.
