He chose people who would be loyal, destroy the agencies, and do everything he scripted for them.
Actors playing parts in his giant reality TV show.

Narcissists think they are the only smart people on the planet.
The rest of us are worthless and contribute nothing to society.
We are stupid and trained monkeys could do our jobs.
So Trump picked out people who would gut the agencies.
