Currently, Abbott receives monthly payments for life upwards of $15,000 from his settlement. He was also due lump-sum payments through 2022 that total more than $4.2 million. If Abbott lives to see his final lump-sum payment, he will have received more than $9 million from the settlement. He's still collecting the very thing he willfully denies others.
