They are being realistic about the breakneck speed at which this Dictator is moving, and the impotent by choice MagaPublicans in the House and Senate deliberate decision to look around helplessly while quietly applauding the Power Grab.

Think so too. My only concern is if SC goes off on tangent that the Amendment was in reference to slaves.
